eduDIGEST Argus will be used by the member schools to take control of their internet usage, by monitoring and managing the school's internet users’ internet activities.
It will allow the school to grant, deny, limit and monitor each internet user’s internet access and usage, including that of the school's learners, educators and other staff members.
eduDIGEST KnowledgeFlash is based on DataDigest's computer flashcard-based learning and testing aid, but have been specifically customised for the use of the project's member schools.
It supports multiple choice testing, the educators can create their own topics/tests and they share them with learners via the member school’s eduDIGEST Oghma web-portal. It may be installed on the school's computers and on its learner's home computers.
The educators can integrate various media into their topics like images, text files, PowerPoint presentations and PDF files. These media integrations allow for a more striking learning experience than traditional flashcards.
eduDIGEST Helios is used to monitor and manage the computers in the member school's computer lab.
With this programme the educator will be able to view all the screens of the learners’ computers in the computer lab , take snap shots of a specific computer’s desktop, record what a learner is doing or even remotely take control of any desktop in the computer lab.
eduDIGEST DebtorFlow is based on DataDigest's debtor communication tool, but have been specifically customised for the use of the project's member schools to automate the communication with the school fee debtors.
